Time Flies! : the Baby Plan

It really is unbelievable - the amount of growth and change that happens within Baby’s 1st Year. From a brand new babe earth-side, to a tiny interactive human with a growing personality, to an almost-toddler who is taking their first steps and speaking their very first words. They really do grow at a rapid rate during these first 12 months, and I just love having the opportunity to document just some of these special milestones for my families! This is why our Baby Plan is such a great investment! This special portrait package can include 3 or 4 sessions - beginning with either a maternity session, or newborn session, a baby milestone session, and lastly, a 1st Year session. Enrolling in the Baby Plan right from the start offers a significant cost savings over booking the sessions separately, and it includes a discount on additional products ordered, and even includes a sweet little gift for baby, too!
The newborn session takes place within 14-days of baby’s arrival, and although the main focus is on baby, time allows for parent, sibling and family shots as well. The second session (the milestone session) is booked around the 6-8 month mark, when baby is able to sit unsupported. This is a “petite” session that includes simple set-ups (or completed outdoors) and the focus is on baby only.
The final session - the First Year & Cake Smash session - is completed when baby is 11-12 months old. This session focuses on baby only. The first half of the session is dedicated to capturing some portraits of baby, and then the second portion of the session involves the cake smash component to commemorate baby’s birthday milestone. These sessions are so much fun!!
I love comparing the “then and now” progression during these sessions, and have had so much positive feedback from parents over the years who are genuinely so happy that they chose to invest in professional photography to help document their baby’s first year!
