You’ve shared your happy news with your family and friends and they are beyond thrilled, and I can bet that while everyone is anxiously anticipating baby’s arrival, your family and friends are excited and eager to seek out the perfect gift for you and your little one. (Pssst - we can help with that!)

Preparing for baby’s arrival can be overwhelming. The list of required baby gear and options can seem never-ending, but eventually your baby will outgrow all of the cute little outfits, toys, and even those large investment pieces such as the stroller and crib. However, the portraits that were captured during your baby’s fleeting newborn stage will last for many years to come, and will likely be one of your most treasured and meaningful keepsakes from this special time in your lives.

Newborn photography is most certainly an investment, though I truly believe it is an experience worth investing in, and it is one that you will not regret.

Defining Moments Photography offers a complimentary Baby Registry program to expectant parents who have secured a newborn portrait session with us. Our baby registry allows family and friends of the parents-to-be to help give a truly meaningful and everlasting gift. The registry can even be made available to extend beyond the newborn session in order to help fully capture baby’s first year journey through professional portraits. The funds accumulated through your Baby Registry can be used towards the portrait session(s), additional images, and/or printed art products.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE BABY REGISTRY:

  1. Book your newborn portrait session with Defining Moments Photography. A submitted session agreement and retainer will secure your session.

  2. Indicate that you would like to participate in the Baby Registry program. You can opt to choose a maximum amount that you’d like to receive, or leave it open.
    Your registry cards (print -or- digital form) will then be sent to you so that they can be included in your baby shower invitations.

  3. A gift giver can select the monetary amount of their choice, and can choose to have the gift certificate mailed directly to you, or to themselves so they can present it to you personally.

  4. We keep record of all the gift certificates purchased, so you are updated in regards to your account balance and so your “thank you” cards are made simple!


** Baby Registry gift certificates can only be redeemed by the parents-to-be to be used towards their session balance or product purchase.
** Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
